1. Introduction
HEXA OIL & GAS EQUIPMENT TRADING ("we," "us," or "our") provides Super Flashlight Launcher (the "App"), package name com.flashlight.torch.light.the.dark. This Privacy Policy describes information handling for the App and support communications. The App includes a home-screen launcher, flashlight and flashing modes, screen lighting, scrolling text, and optional flash alerts for calls and notifications.
Information processing depends on the features you use, permissions and special access you enable, Android restrictions, and active service configurations. This Policy does not replace a separate disclosure or consent required for a particular activity.
2. Information We Process
- Launcher information: app names, icons, package identifiers and available shortcuts used to display and open apps, together with home-screen and wallpaper preferences. Android limits which installed apps are visible.
- Lighting and display preferences: selected light modes, flash timing, alert switches and filters, screen-light options, and text you enter for scrolling display. Text you display on the screen can be seen by people nearby.
- Call status: incoming-call and other phone-state information, where permission is granted, to trigger or stop call flash alerts. Phone-state permission is separate from access to contacts, call recordings, or call history.
- Notifications: when you enable notification access, Android makes notification events and associated information available to the listener, which can include the originating app, notification category, title and text, including SMS notification previews. The flash-alert feature uses notification events to determine when to flash. The scope of Android notification access can be broader than the information needed to trigger a flash.
- Device and operating state: camera/flash availability, battery and screen/lock state, sound mode, connection status and technical device information used for compatibility and enabled features.
- Advertising, usage and diagnostics: IP address and approximate region derived from it; advertising, app-instance or other permitted identifiers; device model, Android and App version, language, network information, app and advertisement interactions, install/referral information, performance events and errors. Integrated providers process applicable data for advertising, analytics, attribution and fraud prevention.
- Support: your email address, message and attachments when you contact us. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Camera access supports operation of the camera flash. Using the torch does not require you to take or submit a photograph. Notification access is distinct from direct SMS database access; the flash-alert feature can respond to an SMS notification without SMS-reading permission.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the launcher and lighting tools, save preferences, show user-entered scrolling text, apply alert filters, respond to call and notification events, support compatibility, provide and measure advertising, understand feature use, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
Granting camera, phone or notification access is for the relevant functionality; it is not consent to unrelated advertising use. Where legally required, consent for advertising or other processing must be obtained separately. Reading this Policy does not provide that consent.
4. Permissions and Special Access
- Camera and flashlight: control the device torch and supported flash modes. Devices without a compatible flash may not support these functions.
- Phone state: supports incoming-call flash alerts. The App also declares basic phone-state access, which can expose cellular status where Android permits it.
- Notification access: optional special access for notification-triggered flash alerts. You can turn it off in Android Settings under notification access or special app access. Disabling flash alerts within the App may not revoke the system-level access.
- Home-screen and wallpaper access: supports the launcher and available wallpaper features. You choose the default home app in Android settings. Wallpaper access remains subject to Android restrictions.
- Uninstall requests: enables opening Android's app-removal confirmation interface from available launcher controls; Android handles confirmation.
- Internet, network and Wi-Fi state: supports connectivity checks and online services, including advertising and measurement. These permissions alone do not grant GPS access.
- Wake lock, vibration and foreground-service capability: support device activity, feedback or included components where used. Background operation remains subject to Android and battery restrictions.
- Advertising and attribution access: supports advertising identifiers, install referral information, and available Android ad-services functions, subject to system controls and applicable choices.
You can decline or revoke permissions and special access in Android settings. Related features may then stop working. Changing the default home app does not itself revoke notification or phone access. A declared permission does not establish that every field it could expose is collected or transmitted.
6. Retention, Deletion and Backups
Local settings, launcher configuration and saved feature content may remain until replaced, cleared through Android App storage settings or removed by uninstalling the App. Android backup or device-transfer services may preserve and restore eligible App data depending on your device and backup settings. Manage those copies through the relevant device or backup provider.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and related issues, with longer retention where required for legal obligations or disputes. Advertising, attribution and diagnostic records have retention periods that depend on their purpose, the active provider and its configuration; there is no single verified period that applies to all providers.
To request deletion of information under our control, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request — Super Flashlight Launcher" and describe the information involved. We may request limited information to locate records and verify your request. We will explain applicable retention exceptions and respond within the time required by law. Clearing local storage or uninstalling does not automatically delete data already received by third-party services; where appropriate, we will help direct your request to the relevant provider.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can change your default launcher, disable flash alerts, revoke phone or camera permissions, turn off notification access, clear local App data, uninstall the App, and use Android or Google advertising-ID and ad-privacy controls. Use any available in-app or provider consent settings to review or withdraw choices. Limiting personalized ads does not necessarily remove ads.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing. Contact [email protected] to exercise applicable rights. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority.
8. Security and International Processing
Data protection depends on the systems involved, including Android permission controls and the safeguards used by service providers. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Support and integrated services may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant transfer. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your request.
9. Children's Privacy
Children’s information is subject to applicable age and parental-consent requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App without legally required consent, contact [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as features or information practices change. The revised version will show an updated date. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent for material changes where required by law. A Policy update alone does not authorize processing that requires separate consent.
